Raymond Dugat Company, L.C. is a full service marine general contractor serving the coastal and inland marine oilfield interest in Texas and Louisiana. RDCLC is the leading provider of rig tending, location construction and logistics services for coastal drilling operations on the central Texas Gulf Coast.

RDCLC operates a fleet of coastal tugboats, crane barges, spud barges and deck barges to provide all types of marine contracting services. RDCLC's location at Mile 537, GIWW, is the last full service dock to points south until the port of Brownsville.		  

 
Services
RDCLC primarily serves the coastal and inland oilfield interest. RDCLC also provides services to operators of plants, refineries and dock facilities of all types. As a general marine contractor RDCLC provides the following services for its customers:
  • Rig tending and marine packages for coastal drilling operations.
  • Logistics services, supply and equipment transportation, dock services, water supply and other services ancillary to coastal drilling operations.
  • Bay location construction.
  • Pile driving of all types.
  • Pipeline installation, removal, repair, testing and maintenance.
  • Bay and coastal facility fabrication, maintenance, repair and removal, including well guards and platforms.
  • Platform work, riser installations, all manner of platform equipment installation, repair, removal and maintenance.
